This is one of the most spectacular production pieces in the entire hobby! Ty created three UNIQUE Princess bears with purple crystal noses. These originally went to the trustees/top board members of the Royal Foundation. They were made as a thank you for permitting Ty Inc. to take part in the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund with the regular production Ty Beanie Baby Princess Teddy. Can you imagine a wild variation for one of the most famous pieces in the hobby? All three examples are signed by Ty in gold.
Rarity Tier: ELITE GHOST Rare
With only three made, it doesn’t get much rarer than this. While there are perhaps a couple pieces that are technically more limited than this one in production land, arguably none are more iconic. These were kept/held privately by their original owners until fairly recently. A joy to see.
