If you’re here, then you know all about the Chef Robuchon Bear that Ty gave away to ~200 event attendees for the grand opening of his new flagship Four Seasons restaurant, helmed by master chef Joel Robuchon. What you won’t know is that Ty made a special, unique Chef Robuchon bear specifically for the chef himself. The bear is completely different from the regular production example released. You must see pictures below for yourself, and to believe what you’re seeing. The bear is a unique dark brown curly fabric with padded feet. It has a RED menu and came in an invitational box with a BLUE ribbon, and has a hang tag that is signed by Ty in red ink.

This is a true 1 of 1 piece. We are sharing photos of the bear plus the letter Ty wrote specifically to Joel surrounding this piece. When Chef Robuchon passed away in August of 2018, the bear surfaced from his estate. Many in the collecting community see this bear to be perhaps the rarest and most valuable piece in the hobby. A wonder to behold.
