Bearon was originally released in a red variety, and a brown variety back in November 12th of 2003. The brown example was more limited as stores only received one brown example per bag. On November 20th, 2003, Midwest Airlines sold a special exclusive version of both Bearon Beanie Babies sporting an extra Midwest Airlines swing tag.
Now drilling a bit further, Ty also released each example with an even more limited hang tag at The Museum Of Flight museum. These each sported additional blue rectangular hang tags. A special one-of-a-kind set of teddies was assembled by Ty for the head of the museum. It included two of these special museum of flight bearons (one in red, and one in brown) – both signed by Ty. The other six bears in this set are unique shades of blue – true 1 of 1 pieces, and also have the rare museum of flight hang tag. Totally remarkable! Each one is also signed by Ty in red.
