Here is the second known Caw prototype with yellow. This stunning prototype example has yellow in place of all traditionally orange areas, as well as yellow under its wings. This is a strong and stark departure for one of the rarer 3rd generation styles. Complete with mint pax tag and tush tag. The pax tag is dated 5.15.94 – this is over a year before the production version was released in June of 1995. It appears Ty very seriously considered Caw with other colors. This more famous yellow and black example was part of the huge proto-gate controversy in 2003-2005 when a number of prototypes popped up. A very (in)famous seller originally secured and listed this piece, which is now safely in a loving collection.
