Clubby the bear was the original BBOC exclusive. The BBPG does a great job outlining general Clubby information, including a breakdown of its respective tush tags.

Clubby 1 was released with tush tags numbered ranging from 00 to 03 – we believe those corresponded with earlier to later shipments. The vast majority of the earliest Clubbies that went to regular prime accounts had the 01 tush tag. Then as additional shipments progressed, we saw the 02 and 03 tush tags appear.
Now, it is understood that the 00 tush tag was issued for the first fifty Clubby bears that went out to strategic locations + promotional channels. It is also understood that fifty more were sent out for additional promotion and special events – so ~100 total (rumored). Like the Dark Brown Nose Emblem MC bears, these 00 tush tag examples are not only extremely scarce in numbers, but are also extraordinarily easy to miss. Additionally, most in the hobby have little idea how limited this piece is, and wouldn’t blink twice if they stumbled upon one. Consequently, only exceptionally few examples have surfaced. As of now, only 2-3 examples are in known collections. As information about this piece is made better known to the greater collecting community, hopefully more will surface. But make no mistake, with only 50-100 examples created, and with so many examples likely lost or buried, this piece ranks as one of the most difficult production pieces to track down. Indeed, until now, it has taken years for eagle-eyed collectors to find the two surfaced examples. It is possible it will be years until another surfaces. But there is also a chance one could pop up tomorrow.
Some (if not all?) of the original 00 Clubbies also came with a special larger display case made of plexiglass. This special case appeared in different shades depending on what angle you viewed from. There is also a fitted block to hold the gold display card and room enough for a club membership kit to fit in the back. See pictures below. Presently, we know of none of these cases having survived. We are assuming only Clubby 00 could have been in these original displays, but this is not confirmed. It is also not clear if every 00 Clubby came with a case. But we are pretty sure every Clubby in these rare cases was a 00 example. All Clubby 01 bears came with the smaller, clear case that is fairly common.
An old excerpt: ” There is a number located on the tush tag of Clubbie in the upper right side of the TY logo. The common one to see is 03. There are however 4 different numbers. The first 50 made carried 00. These were only shipped out to retailers that were hand picked by TY as what they say is the “prefered retailer”. The display case given were special too. They were a special plexiglass that was clear when viewed from the front, but tinted a different color (blue, green, orange, red, and yellow) when viewed from the edge of each piece of plexiglass. It had room to place the club kit inside, and had a holding area for the gold card, placed right beside where the bear sits. There were also a group made with the 00 on the tag used for promotional purposes and the one you saw on TV. The best current count that is known is only 100 out on the collector market. 01 showed up as the regular promo retailer’s beanie. It shipped with the regular case that everyone could order. As they were shipped to the people that ordered them, 02 was what was reported on the tush tag. Currently the number reported is 03. These are designation numbers of the lots they were shipped. It isn’t seen yet in the market which is the most valuable, but we’d have to say the one the value follows the lot number. 00 being the most valuable, down to 03 the least.”
Rarity Tier: Extremely Rare. But, based on surviving examples in the single digits thus far, Elite Rare/Ghost Rare are all reasonable rarity tiers.
