Long before Ty introduced his original 1997 Holiday Teddy in October of 1997, he had created several ultra special prototype holiday teddies he, conceivably, wanted to release. Here we have a 1994 dated RASPBERRY New Face teddy holiday prototype! Only Ty will know why he didn’t release an official holiday teddy until 1997. This piece is stunning, made with the fabric of, we believe, the raspberry patti released back in 1994. This piece is complete with pax hang and tush tags – green hat and ribbons!
Rarity Rank: 1.5-1.75. This is an entirely unproduced prototype teddy with very old 1994 pax tags. What sets it apart is that it represents the precursor to what would eventually become the holiday teddy line that would carry on from 1997-2008!
